Hacienda Real Del Caribe Hotel Playa del Carmen

We have stayed here for 7 days and would like to stay there on the next trip, it is pleasant and perfectly clean hotel with ideal location very close to the night club coco bongo.

The place is fascinating and tidy.

Reasonably clean hotel with very stylish staff and decent location. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as hot waffles, butter, hardboiled eggs and cheese. They had an easy check-in too.

Unobtrusive personnel, heated pool plus lovely garden. Got light, absolutely gorgeous room with a terrace which overlooks the street. Tea, coffee, cheese, boiled eggs and bangers were different here. Reasonable value, it was awesome stay...

It was a very enjoyable stay, appealing place. Our room was brand-new and the bathroom was huge. The staff was helpful, the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, next to Aquarium.

Large breakfast, spectacular location, close to restaurants and pubs. At 1 km distance from the airport. All in all it's neat place, they have good beds.

Enjoyed my stay, it was outstanding, the service was individual. Very stylish staff kept the whole place reasonably clean. The breakfast was splendid, coffee, tea, butter, jam and hot waffles - food was good. Restaurant in hotel was cosy and the pool area was clean.

Attractive and competitive value for money, I had a very delightful stay. Common room, convenient check out, responsible staff. It was nice having Wi-Fi, balcony and terrace. The complementary drinks in outdoor bar were very welcome. Centro district won't disappoint you.

the breakfast was gorgeous and staff was quick to help. fascinating hotel centrally located in the city. the beach nearby was sandy and the view was glorious. quick check in and exceptional service.

Residential location, immaculate breakfast. Cheap, cheap rooms. Spotless hotel, EFFICIENT service. It was a club venue centrally set in the very friendly area.

Fantastic service, good value. Airy room, luxurious bathroom, exceptionally comfortable beds. The gardens were nice here. In addition, the parking was nearby. Centrally located for us. Restaurant was top-notch, it had delightful dishes.

In an enjoyable position with a special canal view. Genuinely TOP-CLASS and top-class staff.

The area contains some restaurants like Sur Steakhouse within 15 minutes' walk. The hotel was centrally placed. I parked at on-site.

Staff was helpful and met standard. Perfect for city break.
